By accessing and using the IMG→PDF converter ("the Tool"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Tool immediately.
Description of Service
IMG→PDF is a free, client-side web application developed by ByTek that allows users to convert image files (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, BMP, AVIF, TIFF, SVG) into PDF documents. All operations are performed locally within your web browser using JavaScript and the jsPDF library. No data is transmitted to external servers.
Privacy & Data
We take your privacy seriously. This Tool does not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any files you process. Images and generated PDFs exist only in your device's memory during the session and are immediately discarded when you close or refresh the page.
We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, advertising SDKs, or any third-party data collection services within this Tool.
Permitted Use
You may use this Tool for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, provided that the content you process complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the files you process using this Tool.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this Tool to process, reproduce, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable. ByTek bears no liability for misuse of the Tool by end users.
Intellectual Property
The IMG→PDF Tool, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of ByTek. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on this Tool without prior written permission from ByTek.
Content you process through the Tool remains your own property. ByTek claims no ownership over files you convert.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This Tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ByTek does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for any particular purpose. Use of the Tool is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByTek shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Tool, including but not limited to data loss or file corruption.
Third-Party Libraries
This Tool uses jsPDF (MIT License) for PDF generation, loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. Use of this Tool implies acceptance of the respective license terms of any included third-party libraries.
Changes to Terms
ByTek reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
